Develop · qualified finite profile

Make a capability reusable within its evidence.

One finite representation-refinement result has an independent replay, a portable descriptor, and a separately pinned consumer policy. Its qualification applies to the exact eight-state profile.

A small result, with a complete boundary.

QUALIFIED_BOUNDED

Exact finite scope. Exactly the eight ordered 3-bit states; deterministic Boolean policies on observational cells; the fixed five named refinements and all 256 Boolean one-bit refinements; discovery bit0 AND parity and reuse bit0 OR parity.

  • Finite scope only; no universal invention theorem or autonomous improvement claim.
  • Same-owner implementation-independent qualification, not external adoption or independent organizational trust.
  • Named-family uniqueness is not global feature uniqueness; no historical preregistration is claimed.
  • No freshness, revocation, supersession, present applicability, or action authorization is established.

The replay checks old exclusion and an explicit obstruction, repair within a fixed named family, same-shape sham failure, ablation, retention of the full old closure, and distinct reuse.

It examines all 256 Boolean one-bit refinements: 32 succeed in 8 induced partition classes. The refined closure contains 16 policies; all 4 old policies remain available.

Only bit0 repairs discovery within the five named refinements. Named-family uniqueness does not establish global feature uniqueness.

Qualification comes from independent replay.

This is same-owner implementation-independent qualification. The standard-library consumer enumerates the finite closures without importing the producer implementation, MathGraph package, website, or producer verdict tables. It recomputes the gates from exact vectors, descriptor bytes, and a separately pinned trust policy.

The general descriptor evaluator returns UNKNOWN. Reading a contract or registry, matching a hash, or validating a schema does not admit the finite profile. Consumers must independently trust the policy and replay its exact boundary.

Capability qualification does not add a mathematical terminal form. Accepted mathematical claims still require exactly one of VERIFIED_PROOF, FINITE_COUNTERMODEL, or NAMED_OBSTRUCTION.

Capability Family Compiler

NOT_IMPLEMENTED

The proposed compiler would construct families of candidate capabilities for subsequent verification. This finite replay does not implement that compiler or demonstrate universal invention, open-ended capability synthesis, or autonomous improvement.

Hosted service: NOT_DEPLOYED. Develop currently publishes the bounded offline profile and its evidence. There is no automatic construction-and-admission service.

VDN / Lean remains experimental.

EXPERIMENTAL

The VDN / Lean candidate needs pinned native replay and independent contract-to-declaration correspondence before admission. Its research artifacts do not inherit the finite profile’s qualification.

The conceptual Discover → Check → Resolve → Develop loop is optional. Modules exchange portable evidence; no autonomous loop or compulsory runtime pipeline is provided.
